FAQ and Shipping

1. Most of our items are pre-order unless stated.

2. Hence the shipping would take 9-20 days (expected to delay sometimes 2-4weeks).

3. For custom made dresses (do add remark when purchasing if you want earlier than 2 weeks). The least time for us to customise your dress would be one week.

4. Most of the time we use J&T Express courier service, however sometimes we might use Pos Laju Courier Service.

5. Please refer to measurement provided as good solds are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
